To keep it simple, we offer two types of IT support plans, Contract and Technical Assurance:

Contract Plan

The contract plan includes the following as standard:
   Unlimited remote support

 Onsite support

 Network management

 System monitoring
 Temporary loan hardware

 Licence management

 3 month rolling contract

 Operating system maintenance
 
We recognise that our clients vary in size and depend on their IT systems in different ways. As a result, contract plans are tailored to your individual needs and can be provided in conjunction with any of our managed services.

Technical Assurance Plan

This is a cost-effective option for small businesses that need corporate grade IT support on an ad-hoc basis. It enables you to pre-purchase credits which can be used at your convenience to access our IT support services.

How does it work?

Under the technical assurance plan, you purchase a number of credits in advance for a 12 month period. When you or a registered member of your company requires IT support, a call can be placed via our online helpdesk or by telephone.

Technical assurance credits are deducted from your credit balance each time you access remote or onsite support. You will be sent a monthly statement of credit usage to help you with cost management.
