Onsite Support
Think Support offer a pay as you go IT support service for clients that prefer not to be tied to a contract or for which contract support is not suitable. IT support is charged at a competitive hourly rate and you can call on our services as and when you need them.

  • £85.00 for first hour
  • £42.50 per ½ hour thereafter

  • Remote support available (set-up required)

When you submit a support request, an engineer will visit your business to provide the support required. Typical examples of support provided on a pay as you go basis include:

   Virus outbreak resolution

   IT equipment moves (printers, servers, workstations, routers..)

   Installation and configuration of new workstations and servers

   Resolution of hardware and software problems

   Holiday/sickness cover for in-house IT staff

All pay as you go bookings must be made Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Our engineers are available evenings and weekends by prior arrangement during normal working hours.

Remote Support
In addition to pay as you go onsite support we offer the option of remote support on a pay as you go basis.

Remote access to your systems provides us with the ability to solve the majority of your issues without the need for a site visit so you do not have to wait for us to travel to you and your issues are resolved much more quickly. Remote support is less costly for us to provide and we pass this saving on to you by charging a lower rate. Once you have been set up to receive remote support, we will try to resolve issues remotely wherever possible.

If you opt for pay as you go remote support, you will require an initial set-up visit at a cost of £140.00 (this is based on 1 server and 5 workstations). This will enable us to install the appropriate software and configure your systems so that we can access them remotely. Remote support is charged at £35 per half hour.
